1. Will I ever have to pay for updates?
No. ELD+ is a one-time purchase. Updates to ELD+ are included at no additional charge

2. What happens if I validate on one computer and switch to another?
That is not a problem. If you replace your PC or upgrade major hardware such as your motherboard or CPU, contact support and your license can be reset for your new system. Reasonable hardware changes are supported.

3. Can I buy ELD+ for someone else?
Yes. ELD+ can be purchased as a gift. The license terms still apply to each individual copy, and each purchased copy is valid for one user only under the standard license terms.

4. Do you offer bulk discounts to VTCs?
Yes. Bulk pricing is available for VTC purchases. Discounts are handled case by case based on the size of the VTC and expected order volume. Contact support for details.

5. Can I share ELD+ with my friend?
No. Your license is for you only. It cannot be shared, loaned, given away, or used by another person under any circumstance. The only exception is a hardware or PC change, which requires a license reset through support. Any unauthorized use may result in permanent license termination without refund or replacement.

Recommended Device

ELD+ was designed and developed on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A with a 1280×800 16:10 touchscreen display. For the intended experience, a Samsung Galaxy Tab A or a similar 1280×800 touchscreen tablet is recommended.

The software has also been tested on other tablets and iPads, but a dedicated mounted tablet provides the most realistic ELD experience.

Optional Mounting Frame

For users who want to take immersion even further, a dedicated mounting frame for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A is available from ATS Accessories. It allows the tablet to be integrated into your sim rig like a real in-cab ELD unit.
